叙述聚苯硫醚(PPS)作为一种性能优异的特种工程塑料,同时又是一种结晶性热塑性树脂的性能特点及应用;论述了PPS的工艺特性、模具温度与结晶度的关系;介绍了PPS制品和模具的设计中应考虑的因素;重点阐述了PPS制品的注塑工艺、后处理工艺以及超声波焊接工艺。
The property, characteristic and application of PPS as both a special engineering plastic with excellent properties and a crystalline thermoplastic are introduced. The processing characteristic of PPS and the relationship between mold temperature and crystalline degree are discussed. The factors to be considered in the PPS product and mold design are described. The injection molding technique, after-treating technique and ultrasonic welding technique of PPS products are described in detail.
