摘要
通过熔融挤出的方法制备了含不同比例的二氮杂萘酮结构的聚芳醚酮(PPEK)和聚苯硫醚(PPS)共混物,并用毛细管流变仪研究了该共混物的流变性能。在所研究的温度和剪切速率范围内,当PPS含量低时,PPEK/PPS共混物熔体为典型的假塑性流体,而当PPS含量为60%时,共混物则近似为牛顿流体。PPS的混入极大地降低了PPEK的熔体粘度,而且在一定范围内,随PPS含量的增加,可有效地改善挤出物外观。同时考察了剪切速率、实验温度等对共混物流变性能的影响。
By the melt extmding method, blends with different proportions of poly(phthalazinone ether ketone) (PPEK) /po- ly ( phenylene sulfide) (PPS ) were prepared, and the rheological properties of the blends were studied by the capillary rheometer. In the scope of studying temperature and shear rates, the results showed that when the PPS content was lower, the blends were pseudo-plastic and non-Newtonian fluid, and when the PPS content was 60 percent, the blends were Newtonian fluid. The adding of PPS lowed greatly the melt viscosity of PEEK. When the PPS content was within a certain range, the appearance of the extrudates would be effectively improved with the increase of PPS content. At the same time, the influences of shear rate and temperature on the rheological property of blends were studied.
