光伏电站汇流箱烧毁事故原因分析及处理 被引量:2

摘要 蒙西地区某光伏电站71区1号逆变器1号汇流箱内部起火,造成与1号逆变器连接的其余6台汇流箱内电源模块、数据采集模块不同程度损坏,逆变器输出滤波电容器及箱式变压器低压侧金属氧化物避雷器烧毁。通过故障点排查,确定事故原因为汇流箱直流输出侧短路,短路电流未及时从系统中切除,导致事故扩大至逆变器交流输出侧。同时分析了事故中相关设备的损坏原因,并提出在逆变器输入侧增加快速熔断器、改进逆变器限功率控制策略等措施。 The No.1 combiner box of the inverter one was ignited in No.71 district of a photovoltaic power station, resulted in the power modules and the communication modules in the other six boxes connected with the same inverter damaged in different degree, and the output filter capacitor and the metal transformer were burned up. Through the was the DC output side short-circuit. oxide arrester on low voltage side of the package fault point investigation, the cause of the accident As well as the damage causes of different equipments were analysed. At last, put forward the input side of the inverter and improving the the measures to increase the fast fuse on power limit control strategy of the inverter.
