采油厂注水站多口水源井树状网供水水力计算

Hydraulic Calculation of Dendritic Water Supply Pipeline Network with Multiwells of Water Source in Oil Production Plant Water Injection Station

摘要 延安市志丹县永宁采油厂顺5注水站采用6口水源井树状网供水。由于水源井井位比较分散,并且水源井的井口高程、地下含水层的深度和厚度不同,以及集水管线所处路由的地形高差较大,给集水管线的水力计算带来了很大难度。在高扬程深井潜水泵可选型号有限的条件下,从管线翻越点着手,利用节点压力平衡反算水源井井口压力和潜水泵的下泵深度。调整下泵深度法较好地解决了水泵选型问题,也大大减小了节点水压平衡计算的工作量。 In the Shun-5 water injection station in Yongning Oil Production Plant in Zhidan County, 6 tube wells are adopted to supply water via dendritic pipeline network. There is great difficulty in the hydraulic calculation because of the reasons as follows: the scattered tube wells, the various well head height, depth and thickness of the underground aquifer, and great difference in terrain elevation of the collecting pipe route. Under the condition that the high-lift submersible pumps models are limited, the well head pressure and the depth of submersible pump in water source well was calculated via the pressure balance of connections, which was started from the vertex of pipeline. The problem of pump selection was solved with the method of adjusting the pump depth, and the work load of the water pressure balancing of the nodes was reduced greatly as well.
