摘要
酞菁 (H2 Pc)及其金属配合物因其低溶解度和高聚集性 ,使其难以通过溶胶 -凝胶法制备。采用原位化学合成的新方法 ,以邻苯二甲腈为原料 ,在SiO2 干凝胶基质中 2 0 0℃温度的热处理合成了酞菁镍 (NiPc)。用UV/VIS ,IR等方法对其进行了表征 ,发现原位合成的酞菁镍主要呈单体形态。基此 ,结合SiO2 干凝胶基质的孔结构讨论了酞菁镍存在的微化学环境和合成机理 。
Phthalocyanine's low solubility in sol-gel precursor and the tendency to aggregate make it difficult to get their homogeneous composites with traditional sol-gel method. To overcome this problem, an in_situ chemical synthesis technique was successfully used in this work to synthesize NiPc in silica sol-gel matrix. As a result, a new kind of organic/inorganic nano_composite was obtained. The characterization of the glass samples and the extracts was determined by UV/VIS and IR spectra. It is found that the in_situ synthesized NiPc mainly exists in the state of monomer. The micro_environment of NiPc is inferred from the pore structure of the matrix and the reason why NiPc exists in the form of monomer is given.
