煤矿异步电动机逆变器直接转矩控制技术仿真分析

Simulation and analysis on control technology of colliery-used asynchronous motor inverter based on direct torque

摘要 针对煤矿异步电动机控制精度低、稳定性差等缺点,提出了一种基于直接转矩算法的控制技术。为了验证该方案的可行性与有效性,在分析煤矿异步电动机数学模型和直接转矩控制算法的基础上,利用MATLAB/Simulink建立煤矿异步电动机逆变器直接转矩控制系统仿真模型,对定子磁链及不同负载、不同转速工况下速度特性进行仿真分析。仿真结果表明,采用直接转矩控制技术磁链脉动小,在转速突变时响应特性好、运行平稳。 In view of low control precision and poor stability of the colliery-used asynchronous motor, the paper proposed a kind of control technology based on direct control algorithm. In order to verify the feasibility and the effectiveness of the scheme, after analyzing the mathematical model of the colliery-used asynchronous motor and the direct torque control algorithm, the paper applied MATLAB/Simulink to establish the simulation model of the direct torque control system of the colliery-used asynchronous motor inverter, and conducted simulation and analysis on stator flux linkage and velocity characteristics in various load and various velocity mode. The simulation results showed the flux linkage was characterized by narrow pulsation as well as excellent response property and smooth operation on velocity changing suddenly.
