摘要
为探究矿料级配变化对温拌橡胶沥青混合料压实特性的影响,设计AC-13、AC-20、AC-25三种级配类型下不同级配走向的温拌橡胶沥青混合料。分别基于马歇尔试件空隙率和旋转压实曲线研究不同级配下混合料的压实特性,研究结果表明:矿料级配越细,其温拌橡胶沥青混合料空隙率越小;处于设计级配的温拌橡胶沥青混合料施工阶段可压实性最好;矿料级配越粗,温拌橡胶沥青路面开放交通后高温稳定性越好。
In order to study the influence of aggregate gradation on compaction characteristics of warm mix rubber asphalt mixture,different aggregate gradation trend of AC-13, AC-20 and AC-25 warm mix rubber asphalt mixture was designed.Compaction characteristics of different aggregate gradation mixture were studied based on void ratio of Marshall specimen and gyratory compaction curve. The results show that fine gradation gives smaller void ratio of warm mix rubber asphalt mixture the warm mix rubber asphalt mixture with design gradation has the best compactibility at the construction stage the coarser gradation, the better high temperature stability of warm mix rubber asphalt pavement after traffic operation.
