摘要
保密人才队伍建设工作是做好保密工作的一项重要基础性工作。培养面向新形势的保密人才队伍,是现阶段保密工作科学发展的客观要求。本文总结了保密人才队伍培养的意义和工作原则,分析了分类培养方式,对当前存在问题及相关对策进行了积极探讨,以期为保密人才队伍培养工作提供借鉴和参考。
The cultivating of confidential talents is the primary basis and the fundamental of all the confidential works,which is an objective demand for the development and changing of the situation of confidentiality to cultivate more professional groups. This paper summarizes the significance and principles of the cultivation of confidential talent team,analyzes the classification methods of cultivating,discusses the current problems and the related countermeasures,and provides some references for the next cultivating work.
