摘要
免疫检查点抑制剂可持续诱导免疫反应,但仅对一小部分肿瘤患者有效。如何筛选出这部分肿瘤患者并最大限度地发挥免疫检查点抑制剂的疗效是临床研究的重点。本文系统综述提高肿瘤免疫治疗效果的方法,包括寻找预测因子、筛选优势人群、重建免疫反应和免疫联合治疗等。
Immune checkpoint blockade can induce long lasting responses but only in a fraction of patients. How to select the effective cancer patients and to improve the clinical efficacy of immune therapy is the main focus of immune checkpoint blockade research today. Actionable strategies to improve clinical efficacy of immune therapy include searching for predictive factors, screening an effective population, resetting immunity and combining cancer therapies with immune checkpoint blockade.
