摘要
焊接技术是金属结构件的重要加工方法之一,而焊缝质量决定了焊缝的力学性能和结构件的使用寿命。以焊缝结晶过程为研究对象,分析了结晶过程中焊缝金属组织和性能的变化,为形成高质量的焊缝提供了参考依据。
Welding technology is one of the important processing methods of metal structures. The weld quality determines the mechanical propertiesand the service life of the structure. In this paper, the welding process was studied, and the microstructure and properties of weld metal during the crystallization process were analyzed. This work could provide a reference for the formation of high quality weld line.
