基于DSP的外骨骼助力系统手持终端的设计

摘要 为使外骨骼助力系统能更好地适应不同的穿着者,设计了基于TMS320F28335的手持终端。利用TMS320F28335控制器强大的浮点运算能力,通过RS485接口实时地与主机控制终端保持通信并对数据信息进行快速处理,通过LCD1602显示屏和功能按键实现对主机参数的显示与修改。该终端可以接收系统主机发送的报警信息,穿着者根据显示屏的报警提示对系统进行检修,从而保证系统的安全运行。实验测试结果表明:该手持终端达到了设计要求,可满足外骨骼助力系统的需要。 In order to make the exoskeleton system better adapt to different wearer, the handheld terminal based on TMS320F28335 is designed. By using the powerful floating-point computation ability of TMS320F28335 controller, and maintaining communication with the host control terminal through the RS485 interface, it can rapidly process data in real time. The function keys and LCD1602 display are used to display and modify the parameters of the main engine. The terminal can receive the alarm information sent by the host computer, and the wearer can carry out the maintenance according to the alarm prompt on the display screen to ensure the safe operation of the system. The experimental results show that the handheld terminal can meet the needs of the exoskeleton system.
