摘要
针对集装箱运输大豆过程中工作效率低下、装箱率不高的问题,采用模块化的设计方法,对摊平充实系统的支撑回转机构、执行机构进行了结构设计,并完成了对执行机构拨爪和上、下压板的尺寸计算;对不同工位拨爪进行受力分析,完成了执行机构各关键部分的质量计算。通过ABAQUS有限元分析表明了结构设计合理,能够达到预期的目的。
To the problem of low working efficiency in container transportation process of soybean, this article adopts the modular design method to develop a soybean flat enrichment system, and introduces the design of supporting slewing mechanism and actuator. The demissions of actuator claw and upper and lower pressure plates are determined, and stress analysis of the actuator claw at different positions is carried out. The ABAQUS finite element analysis shows that the structural design is reasonable, can achieve the desired purpose.
