摘要
在某型号ATM机芯的拾钞部处易出现比较严重的卡钞和撕钞现象,经分析得出是拾钞部浮动轴承的弹片弹力过大,使得整个分钞轮部分提供给钞票的摩擦力过大,从而造成撕钞或卡钞现象。为解决该问题,利用CAE仿真分析方法,结合ANSYS有限元软件,对弹片进行结构优化,减小弹片的反弹力,使其反弹力值在合理的设计范围内,从而有效降低了撕钞的风险。
Stucking note and tearing note seriously occur on the note feeder in a type of ATM, what the reason is that the force of floating bearing spring piece of note feeder is too large, therefore to make the separation wheel give too large friction force on note, leading to stuck note and tear note. To solve the problem, using method of CAE simulation analysis, combining with the finite element software ANSYS, we conduct the structure optimizatio of spring piece, which decreases the spring piece force and makes the force within the reasonable scope, and reduces the risk of stucking note and tearing note effectively.
