摘要
高职学生就业一直是社会关注的重要议题。本文以"SWOT"理论为分析工具,以江苏财经职业技术学院为案例,分析了我国高职生就业潜在的关键因素,包括优势、劣势、机会、威胁,指出高职生应从科学就业观的树立、社会各界的支持、核心能力的培育等方面着手,解决高职生就业难现状。
Employment and entrepreneurship of higher vocational students have been an important topic of social concem. In this paper based on the ＂SWOT＂ theory as an analytical tool , and taking Jiangsu Finar/ce and Economics Career Technical CoUege as a case, the author analyzes the key factors of employment and entrepreneurial potential fators, including the advantages, weaknesses, opportunities and threats, and the status quo Higher Vocational Students in our country. Accordingly, higher vocational students should start with the establishment of the scientific view of employment, the support from all walks of life, and the cultivation of core competence, so as to solve the difficult situation of Higher Vocational Students＇ employment and entrepreneurship.
