摘要
深化高职院校创新创业教育,既是国家实施创新驱动发展战略,促进经济提质增效的迫切需要,也是众创时代下推进高职教育综合改革,提升人才培养质量的关键举措。创新创业者只有强化自身法律意识,规避法律风险才能健康发展。本文探究了创新创业教育中培养和提升高职学生法律意识改革路径,构建了系统化的创新创业法律课程体系及培养方案。
Improvement of innovative entrepreneurship education of higher vocational colleges is an urgent necessity for the country to implement the innovation-driven development strategy and promote economic quality and efficiency and a key measure to promote the comprehensive reform of higher vocational education and enhance the quality of talent cultivation. For sound development, innovative entrepreneurs should strengthen their own legal consciousness and avoid legal risks. This thesis explores the path of reforming of the legal consciousness of higher vocational college students in innovative entrepreneurship education, and creates the systematic innovative entrepreneurship legal course system and cultivation programs.
