八种室内观赏植物对甲醛污染生理抗性的研究 被引量:1

摘要 研究2.8mg/m^3浓度的甲醛对八种室内观赏植物生理生化指标的影响.结果表明:绿萝、吊兰、芦荟、橡皮树、铁树和山茶花的叶绿素和丙二醛的含量在胁迫6h时降低不明显,6h后含量明显降低;牵牛花和仙客来的叶绿素和丙二醛含量一直呈明显下降趋势.绿萝、吊兰、芦荟、橡皮树的过氧化物酶(POD)的活性在胁迫6h后有所增加,6h后活性降低;铁树、山茶花、牵牛花和仙客来的POD活性一直呈下降趋势.通过以上几项生理指标的测定表明:绿萝、吊兰、芦荟、橡皮树在6小时内对2.8mg/m^3的甲醛具有一定的抗性. Study on the effects of physiological and biochemical indexes of eight indoor ornamental plants in the 2.8mg/m^3 concentration of formaldehyde.The result showed that,the contents of chlorophyll and malonaldehyde in the leaf of Scindapsus、Chlorophytum、Aloe、Rubber tree、Sago Cycas、Camellia decreased slightly after six hour,then decreased obviously.The contents of chlorophyll and malonaldehyde in the leaf of Morning glory and Cyclamen always decreased obviously.The activities of peroxidase in the leaf of Scindapsus、Chlorophytum、Aloe、Rubber tree increased slightly during six hours,then decreased after six hours.The activities of peroxidase in the leaf of Sago Cycas、Camellia、Morning glory and Cyclamen always decreased obviously.The measurement of the above biochemical indicators indicated that,Scindapsus、Chlorophytum、Aloe、Rubber tree could endure the 2.8mg/m^3 concentration of formaldehyde for six hours.
