摘要
文章以目前大量开展的农田水利工作为基础,研究了农田水利规划前期工作中遇到的问题,提出并开发了基于安卓的灌区信息采集软件,该软件操作简便,大大简化了灌区规划等前期工作,提高了规划前期的工作效率,为农田水利规划提供了依据。
On the basis of large amount small on--farm waterworks, the problem often encountered on small irrigation and drainage project planning is researched, In order to better handle the problems that encountered in an irrigation and drainage project, the authors designed an Android system based irrigation information collecting software, which is easy to operate and will greatly simplify and improve efficiency of the preliminary irrigation planning works. According to a practical application, this system has obvious features and advantages.
