摘要
采用厌氧生物滤池-特异性移动床生物膜反应器(SMBBR)/厌氧移动床生物膜反应器/SMBBR组合工艺处理丁腈橡胶废水,考察了停留时间(HRT)、溶解氧(DO)质量浓度及进水化学需氧量(COD)对COD去除率的影响。结果表明,当HRT为6~10 d时,出水COD小于500 mg/L,SMBBR中适宜的DO质量浓度为2~4 mg/L,随着进水COD的升高,NBR废水的COD去除率下降。当进水p H值为6.5~8.0、COD为1 500~2 500 mg/L、HRT为10 d,DO为3 mg/L时,出水COD稳定在400 mg/L以下,COD去除率高达83%。
Anaerobic biofiher ( AF)-specific mo- ving bed biofilm reactor (SMBBR)/ anaerobic mo- ving bed biofilm reactor(AMBBR)/SMBBR combi- nation process was used to treat nitrile rubber wastewater, and the effects of hydraulic retention time(HRT) , mass concentration of dissolved oxygen (DO) and chemical oxygen demand (COD) of the influent on removal rate of COD were investigated. The results showed that the removal rate of COD of nitrile rubber wastewater decreased with the increasing COD of the influent, when HRT was 6 - 10 d,COD of the effluent was less proper mass concentration than 500 mg/L and the of DO in SMBBR was 2 -4 mg/L. When the pH value of the influent was 6.5-8.0, COD was 1500 -2 500 mg/L, HRT was 10 d, the mass concentration of DO was 3 rag/L, COD of the effluent was settled below 400 mg/L and the removal rate of COD was up to 83%.
