摘要
文中提出了一种基于频谱分析仪的雷达功放模块相位测试方法,阐述了该方法的原理,详述了其在某航管二次雷达功放模块自动测试系统中的应用,并总结出移相器组选择、频谱分析仪设置、算法实现,以及相关射频转接头和参考线使用等要点。与矢量网络分析仪进行了对比测试,并从移相器精度、最小值所在状态偏差和测试条件三方面分析了结果差异。两种方法测试结果接近,但文中方法成本优势明显,是雷达功放模块相位测试的又一选择。
This paper presents a method of phase test based on a spectrum analyser. Test principles are analysed,application in an automatic test system of power amplifying modules of secondary radar is described,and application cruces are proposed,which are the selection of phase shifters,the settings of the spectrum analyser,the algorithm realization,and the usage of relative radio frequency adaptors and a reference line. Comparison test versus VNA is done,and the result difference is analysed from three aspects,which are the accuracy of phase shifters,the state deviation where the minimum power is,and the difference in testing conditions. Since the test results by the two methods are close,considering the advantage in costs,the method proposed by this paper can be another choice of phase tests.
