摘要
丝绸之路衰落推动欧洲人走向海洋,开创海洋型全球化,这种全球化是单向度全球化。核心-边缘分工体系,文明的等级秩序,区域化与全球化矛盾导致全球化悖论,酿成今天的逆全球化、反全球化现象。"一带一路"倡议的提出,表明中国从参与到引领全球化角色的转变。通过倡导文明的共同复兴、开创文明秩序、实现陆海联通和全球化的本土化,建设绿色、健康、智力、和平丝绸之路,共商、共建、共享利益、责任、命运共同体,"一带一路"扬弃了西式全球化,打造开放、包容、均衡、普惠的合作架构,给全球化注入中国色彩,将来可能或正在开创"中式全球化"。
The decline of the Silk Road drove Europeans to go to ocean and created maritime globalization as one-dimension globalization. Core-margin division system, scaled-order of civilization and contradiction between regionalization and globalization leave globalization in paradox;opposition to globalization. The Belt and Road Initiative indicates the shift for China from participant to leader in globalization. It is initiated that civilization should be revitalized in common to create a new order of civilization, reach the connection between land and sea and globalocalization as well as construct a green, healthy,intellectual and peaceful silk road and a community co-constructed, discussed together with shared interest and responsibility;the ＂Belt and Road＂ initiative has freed from western globalization in a bid to build an open, inclusive, balanced and universally-beneficial cooperation framework and inject globalization with Chinese hue to make for ＂Chinese globalization＂.
