摘要
本文对新开发的低银钎料与BAg30CuZnSn进行了钎焊工艺测试,研究结果发现:新开发的低银钎料的流铺性能略优于BAg30CuZnSn;焊接后的接头外观都比较光滑,无明显的钎瘤,接头微观组织中均无连续的气孔、夹杂等缺陷,不影响其连接的致密性;新型低银钎料的开发降低了生产成本,提高了经济效益和制冷行业的市场竞争力。
The main article body tested The brazing technology properties of newly developed low-silver brazing filler metal and BAg30CuZnSn. The results showed that: the wettability of the newly developed low-silver brazing filler metal is slightly better than BAg30CuZnSn; appearance of joints after welding relatively smooth, having no obvious solder tumor, there are no continuous pores and inclusions in the joint microstructure, not affecting its connection dense. The application of new low-silver brazing filler metal reduces production costs and improves economic efficiency and improves the market competitiveness of the refrigeration industry.
