带上位机监控的超级节能恒温系统研究

摘要 本文研究的是带上位机监控的蓄电池恒温箱控制系统,以单片机处理器为核心,实现门开关检测、电能测量、蓄电池电压测量、供电交流电压检测、温度采集、报警、照明、异常情况电源切断控制、强制通风、制热、制冷等功能,同时在上位机监控软件上,通过GPRS通信实现远程控制。单片机处理器采集柜内温度、柜外温度、设置温度等信号来控制制热单元、制冷单元、通风单元,以实现柜内温度控制在设置范围内;上位机采集控制器运行数据并对其进行监控;一般情况由交流市电供电,当检测市电停电时,自动切换蓄电池供电;当恒温箱内部温度超过40℃时,控制器输出报警信号,以便基站总控制系统做相应处理。实践证明通过本方案实现的空调系统比传统商用空调节能32.5%。 This paper is a study of battery incubators with PC monitoring control system based on single chip processor as the core, realize the door switch detection, power measurement, battery voltage measurement, power supply voltage detection, temperature acquisition, alarm, lighting', abnormal power off control, forced ventilation, heating, refrigeration and other functions, at fihe same time in the PC monitoring software, through the realization of remote control of GPRS communication. Single chip processor to collect the temperature in the cabinet, cabinet is arranged outside the temperature, temperature signal to control the heating unit and the cooling unit, the ventilation unit, to achieve control of the temperature in the cabinet in the set range, PC running data acquisition controller and its monitoring; in general by the AC electric power supply, when power cut when the battery power supply automatic switching; when the internal thermostat exceeds 40 DEG C, the controller output alarm signal, so that the base station control system to make corresponding processing. The practice proves that the air conditioning system realized by this scheme is more energy saving than the traditional commercial air conditioner 32.5%.
