摘要
目的探讨龙海市中小学生视力状况,为改善本地区中小学生视力保健水平提供理论依据。方法对该市2016-2017学年中小学生体检资料的视力检查结果进行统计分析。结果 (1)龙海市2016-2017学年中小学生视力不良率为55.6%,轻、中、重度分别为:18.3%、32.5%、49.2%;小学生视力不良率小于初中和高中视力不良率,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=311.19,P<0.05)。(2)性别比较:小学、初中、高中女生视力不良率均高于男生,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=58.55,P<0.05;χ~2=130.30,P<0.05;χ~2=57.74,P<0.05)。(3)城乡比较:小学、初中、高中城镇学生视力不良率均高于农村学生,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=17.67,P<0.05;χ~2=5.82,P<0.05;χ~2=15.17,P<0.05)。结论龙海市中小学生视力不良问题严峻,不同学习阶段、性别、城乡差异明显,应引起有关部门重视。
Objective To investigate the eyesight status of primary and middle school students in Longhai,so as to provide theoretical basis for improving the visual health level of primary and middle school students in this area. Methods T he visual examination results of medical examination data of primary and middle school students in the 2016-2017 academic year were statistically analyzed. Results（1）The rate of bad vision of Longhai elementary and high school students in the academic year of 2016-2017 was 55.6% and the rates of light,moderate and severe vision were 18.3%,32.5% and 49.2% respectively;the rate of bad vision of elementary school students was lower than that of junior and senior high school students,the differences were statistically significant（χ^2=311.19,P〈0.05）.（2）Sex comparison：the rate of bad vision of girls in elementary school,junior high school and senior high school were higher than those of boys,the dif ferences were statistically significant（χ^2=58.55,P〈0.05;χ^2=130.30,P〈0.05;χ^2=57.74,P〈0.05）.（3）Urban-rural comparison：the rate of bad vision of the urban elementary school students,junior high school students and senior high school students were higher than those of the rural students,the differences were statistically significant（χ^2=17.67,P〈0.05;χ^2=5.82,P〈0.05;χ^2=15.17,P〈0.05）. Conclusion Longhai elementary and high school students are facing serious vision problems,with the differences obvious of different learning stages,gender,urban and rural. The relevant departments should pay attention to it.
