摘要
目的探讨乌灵胶囊治疗功能性消化不良(functional dyspepsia,FD)患者的疗效。方法选取2015年6月-2016年11月在东丽区东丽医院就诊的120例FD患者为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组各60例。对照组给予多潘立酮治疗,观察组在对照组治疗基础上加用乌灵胶囊。比较两组治疗前后临床疗效及汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分与汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)评分。结果治疗后,观察组的总有效率为86.7%(52/60),高于对照组的75.0%(45/60);观察组的HAMD评分及HAMA评分分别为(13.62±5.92)分、(12.49±6.13)分,优于对照组的(20.64±6.78)分、(17.89±7.40)分,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论乌灵胶囊治疗FD的疗效良好,不仅能改善患者的焦虑抑郁的状态,而且可以缓解消化不良的症状,并且安全可靠,值得在伴有焦虑抑郁状态的FD患者中应用。
Objective To evaluate the efficacy of wuling capsule in the treatment of patients with functional dyspepsia（FD）. Methods 120 cases of FD with anxiety and depression in Dongli Hospital from June 2015 to November 2016 were randomly divided into control group and observation group with 60 cases in each group. The control group was treated with only oral domperidone administration,and the observation group was given wuling capsule treatment plus domperidone. The clinical efficacy,the change of HAMD score and HAMA score of two groups were evaluated before and after of medicine treatment. Results After the treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was 86. 7%（52/60）,which was higher than that of the control group with 75. 0%（45/60）;the HAMD score and HAMA score of the observation group were（13. 62± 5. 92） points and（12. 49± 6. 13） points,which were better than those of the control group with（20. 64± 6. 78） points and（17. 89± 7. 40） points.The differences were statistically significant（P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Wuling capsule has a significant curative effect in the treatment of FD,not only can improve the patient＇s anxiety and depression status,but also can relieve the symptoms of dyspepsia. It is safe and reliable,which is worthy of application in FD accompanied by anxiety and depression in patients with poor.
