纳诺酮对被动吸烟小鼠学习记忆的影响

摘要 目的探索纳洛酮(Naloxone)对被动吸烟小鼠学习记忆的影响。方法给予小鼠被动吸烟,用跳台实验观察腹腔注射纳洛酮对小鼠学习记忆的影响。结果跳台实验显示,被动吸烟小鼠潜伏期(Step down latency,SDL)明显缩短(P<0.05),错误次数(Error time,ETs)明显增多(P<0.05)。被动吸烟后腹腔注射纳洛酮,跳台实验显示,小鼠SDL延长(P<0.05),ETs减少(P<0.05)。结论被动吸烟会导致小鼠学习记忆下降,腹腔注射纳洛酮能够提高被动吸烟小鼠学习记忆能力。 Objective To explore the effect of naloxone on learning and memory in passive smoking mice.Methods We esti- mated the effect of intraperitoneal injection of naloxone on learning and memory with step-down test after we gave passive smoking in mice.Results We found that passive smoking can significantly shorten step down latency (P〈0.05)and increase error time (P〈 0.05)in the step-down test in mice.Intraperitoneal injection of naloxone can significantly prolong step down latency (P〈O.O5)and decrease error time (P〈O.O5)in the step-down test.Conclusion Passive smoking can impair learning and memory in mice and in- traperitoneal injection of naloxone may improve learning and memory in passive smoking mice.
