摘要
目的探讨快速康复外科理念在脑膜瘤患者围手术期护理中的应用。方法选取2014年1月至2017年1月间四川省内江市第一人民医院收治的92例脑膜瘤患者,按照围手术期不同护理方式分为观察组与对照组,每组46例。观察组患者在常规护理基础上采用快速康复外科理念进行护理,对照组患者采用常规护理措施。比较两组患者的舒适度、住院时间及住院费用,分析不同护理方式对脑膜瘤患者围手术期的影响。结果观察组患者低体温、饥饿感和口渴感的发生率分别为15.2%、8.7%和17.4%,均低于对照组患者的41.3%、37.0%和45.7%,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。观察组患者住院时间和住院费用分别为(7.14±2.11)d和(1.15±0.34)万元,均明显低于对照组患者的(9.86±3.62)d和(1.74±0.42)万元,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论快速康复外科理念能降低脑膜瘤围手术期患者的不适症状,提高临床疗效,促进患者病情康复,值得临床推广。
Objective To investigate the application of rapid rehabilitation surgery in perioperative nursing in patients with meningioma.Methods A total of 92 meningioma patients were selected as subjects who admitted to First People＇s Hospital of Neijiang from January 2014 to January 2017.These patients were divided into an observation group and a control group according to the stage of surgery with 46 patients in each group.Patients in the observation group were given nursing care in the concept of rapid rehabilitation surgery in addition to routine care and patients in the control group were given routine nursing.Patients＇ comfort,length of hospital stay and hospitalization costs were observed and compared.Effects of differents nursing on perioperative condition were analyzed.Results The incidence of hypothermia,hunger and thirst was 15.2%,8.7% and 17.4%,respectively for the observation group which was lower than 41.3%,37.0% and 45.7% of the control group（all P0.05）.The length of hospitalization stay and cost of hospitalization was（7.14±2.11） d and（11.5±3.4） thousand Yuan,respectively for the observation group which were significantly lower than（9.86±3.62） d and（17.4±4.2） thousand Yuan,respectively of the control group（all P0.05）.Conclusion Rapid rehabilitation can reduce perioperative symptoms,improve the treatment efficacy and promote the rehabilitation in patients with meningiomas,which is worthy of clinical application.
