摘要
探讨了芦荟改性粘胶/棉混纺平纹地小提花织物的生产工艺。络筒采用"低速度、降毛羽、除结杂、小张力"的工艺原则;整经采用"中车速、小张力、三均匀、防粘连"的工艺原则;浆纱采用"小张力、低车速、小伸长、降毛羽、兼顾浸透和被覆"的工艺原则;织造采用"中车速、中张力、早开口、高后梁"的工艺原则。通过各工序参数的优化设计,织物的织造效率高达84%,入库一等品率达到92%,满足了企业提高产品档次的需求。
The production of aloe modified viscose/cotton blended plainback small jacquard fabric is studied. Winding process adopts the technology principle of low speed, reducing hairiness, reducing knots, small tension, processing principle of less tension, medium speed, three uniform, anti-adhesion is used in warping process, processing principle of less tension, low speed, small elongation, reducing hairiness, immersion and covering is used in sizing process, processing principle of medium speed, medium tension, early shedding, high back rest is used in weaving process. Therefore, product quality is improved, loom efficiency is up to 84%, and first grade rate in storage can reach 92%, which can meet the requirements of enterprises.
