R&D投资效益与成本的平衡控制

摘要 我国科技企业的影响力日渐提升,这离不开R&D投资的平衡控制,即成本与效益的有效平衡。针对小微科技企业特点,通过基本模型构建并结合假设条件,对R&D投资项目成本回收可行性与项目效益转化可行性进行假设对比分析,结果表明,小微科技企业要想实现R&D投资效益最大化,需要充分考虑项目的可行性;要保障有效的收益,必须有充足的项目投入和技术保障,同时要选择好项目的可行性方向。因此建议强化项目可行性分析,准确定位投资目标;完善技术保障条件,促进研究与创新成果的实践转化,以此保证小微企业R&D投资项目的合理化开展,实现小微企业收益与成本的平衡控制,为我国中小微企业的R&D投资管理提供一定参考。
