三丁基锡暴露对雄性昆明小鼠生殖系统组织结构的影响 被引量:1

Effects of tributyltin exposure on reproductive system in male Kunming mice

摘要 为了研究三丁基锡对雄性生殖系统的影响,试验以昆明小鼠为试验动物,经0,0.2,2,20μg/m L(分别为对照、低剂量、中剂量和高剂量组)的三丁基锡暴露45 d后,观察其对雄性小鼠睾丸、附睾、输精管等组织结构的影响。结果表明:三丁基锡暴露后,睾丸的组织结构发生明显改变,而且损伤程度随三丁基锡剂量的升高而加重。高剂量组生精细胞排列杂乱无序,各级生精细胞间出现间隙,睾丸间质没有显著变化。生精小管中精母细胞和精原细胞数目在各剂量组间无显著差异;而精子数目发生显著变化,低剂量组和对照组存在显著差异,中剂量组和对照组、低剂量组之间无显著差异,高剂量组和对照组、中剂量组存在显著差异。附睾管上皮细胞排列疏松,管间结缔组织减少、间隙变大,损伤程度随剂量升高而加剧,高剂量组最为严重,输精管形状发生变化,组织形态发生改变、腔壁脱落;中剂量组表现最明显,输精管的管状结构几乎完全消失。说明45 d的三丁基锡暴露对昆明小鼠雄性生殖系统的组织结构有影响且具剂量效应。 A study was conducted to research the reproductive toxicity of tributyltin (TBT) in male mammals, 40 male mice were used as exper- imental subject treated with 0, 0.2, 2, 20μg/mL bodyweight dose of TBT. The histological structure of testis, epididymis, vas deferens were observed after 45 - days of exposure. The results showed that the histological structure of testis significantly changed after exposure to TBT and the damage, which manifested dose dependent manner compared to the control. In 20 ~Lg/ mL group, spermatogenic ceils arranged messily and disorderly, at the same time, gaps appeared among spermatogenic cell, interstitial tissue of testis displayed no significantly difference. The number of spermatogonia and spermatocyte manifested no significant change after TBT treatment; however, sperm cells displayed significant change between TBT treatment group and control, but no significant difference in other groups. After TBT exposure, the epithelium of duct of epldidymis arranged loosely; the connective tissue reduced and the gap broadened between the ducts. The damage manifested dose dependently and reached the most serious in 20 p^g/mL group. The shape and morphology of vas deferens was changed. In the middle concentration of TBT group, the deformity was the most obvious; the tubular of vas deferens was almost disappeared. It was concluded that TBT exposure changed the reproductive system of male Kunming mice with dose - dependent manner.
