经阴道超声对无症状型宫外孕的诊断价值研究被引量：2

摘要目的:探讨经阴道超声检查对无症状型宫外孕的诊断价值。方法:我院2015年1月—2017年1月接收的60例无症状型宫外孕产妇,所有孕产妇入院后皆给予腹部超声检查与阴道超声检查,比较二者不同检查方式的宫外孕检出准确率。结果:60例孕妇皆经手术证实为宫外孕,而经腹超声诊断出宫外孕有48例,诊断准确率为80.00%,经阴部超声诊断出宫外孕有58例,诊断准确率高达96.67%,二种检查方式的准确率进行比较,P=0.004<0.05。结论:经阴道超声检查对无症状型宫外孕的检出准确率较高,对无症状型宫外孕的早期诊断与治疗至关重要,值得临床推荐。
