摘要
介绍了PLC及DCS自动控制系统在氯碱化工生产装置中的安全应用,以及常用控制方案的实现和运行效果。此控制系统运行效率高,不仅提高了产量,而且有利于安全、稳定的生产,大大改善了操作环境及操作强度,取得了可观的经济效益和社会效益。
This paper introduces the application of PLC and DCS in the production safety of,and introduces the realization of common controlling plans and the practical results.Not only reduce to polluted environment seriously,but also raise the output of production and improve to safe and equable production,the level or intensity of the operational. It have yielded remarkable social and economic benefits.
