摘要
文章用固定床开展了商业SCR催化剂对汞氧化活性实验,分析了温度及烟气成分对其汞氧化能力的影响。实验结果表明:商业SCR催化剂在模拟烟气的环境下对单质汞有氧化作用;温度对催化剂的氧化作用影响很大,170~360℃范围内氧化能力很强,能很好地转化单质汞为二价,氧化率达到95%以上;当温度超过360℃时氧化率开始下降,会降到50%;烟气中的酸性气体,NO和HCl能显著增强催化剂对汞的氧化能力,SO_2则会阻碍氧化能力;O_2对催化剂汞氧化能力有促进作用。
Commercial SCR catalysts were used for mercury oxidation experiments. Factors such as temperature and flue gas composition were tested for their effects on the oxidizing ability of the catalysts. Commercial SCR catalysts are efficient for elemental mercury oxidation in the simulated flue gas. Temperature is the most important factor for oxidizing mercury. Elemental mercury can be converted into divalent mercury efficiently at 170-360 ℃, while the oxidation efficiency can exceed 95%. The oxidation efficiency gradually drops down to 50% while the temperature rises above 360 ℃. As for the acid gases components, NO and HCl enhance the oxidizing ability while SO2 inhibits the oxidizing ability. O2 can increase 3%-5% of the oxidizing ability of the catalysts.
