利用华铸CAE辅助设计生产球墨铸铁轮毂

摘要 介绍了轮毂的铸件结构及技术要求,详细阐述了轮毂铸件的原生产工艺,利用华铸CAE模拟软件对轮毂铸件的砂型铸造过程进行数值模拟分析,根据模拟结果对原工艺进行改进,将铸件水平放置分型,每型4件造型,且2个铸件共用1个冷砂芯,使冒口起到很好的补缩作用。工艺改进后进行生产验证,结果显示:轮毂铸件的缩孔、缩松等铸造缺陷基本消除。通过对铸造工艺进行模拟分析,缩短了产品开发周期,降低了开发成本,为企业带来了显著的经济效益。 The casting structure and technical requirements of the wheel hub were introduced. The original production process of the wheel hub casting was described in detail. Intecast CAE software was used to simulate the sand casting process of the wheel hub castings and the original process was improved according to the simulation results. The c, asting was divided horizontal. One cast contained four pieces and each two shared one cold sand core. So riser played a good role in the filling. After the process was improved, the results showed that the casting defects such as cavities and shrinkage porosity of the hub were basically eliminated, Through the simulation analysis of the casting process,the product development cycle was shortened, the development cost was reduced and that brought significant economic benefits for the enterprise.
