摘要
"一带一路"沿线主要包括三个油气合作核心区:中亚环里海地区为着力点,中东地区为革新点,亚太地区为提升点。对于油气合作核心区范围内的油气资源大国,应对其油气资源形势、油气产业特色及其与我国的油气合作现状进行深入剖析,提出在不同油气合作核心区内推进"一带一路"油路建设的建议。
The area along the ＂The Belt and Road＂ mainly includes three core areas of oil and gas cooperation ： the Central Asia and Caspian Sea area is the focal point ; the Middle East is the innovating point; and the Asia -Pacific region is the lifting situation of oil and gas resources, point. For large countries of oil and gas resources, we should analyze their the characteristics of oil and gas industry and their current situation of oil and gas cooperation with China. On this basis, we should put forward proposals on promoting the construction of oil and gas coooeration under ＂The Belt and Road＂ initiative, in different core areas.
