应用腹腔镜联合胆道镜治疗胆囊息肉合并胆囊结石的60例疗效分析被引量：14

摘要目的应用腹腔镜联合胆道镜治疗胆囊息肉合并胆囊结石的疗效。方法本研究选取了澄城县医院60例胆囊息肉合并胆囊结石患者,按住院单双号分为两组,对照组(29例)给予开腹手术治疗,观察组(31例)给予腹腔镜手术联合胆道镜治疗。观察并记录两组患者围手术期指标、术前术后3个月SF-36量表各项评分及随访3个月期间并发症发生情况,评价腹腔镜联合胆道镜治疗胆囊息肉合并胆囊结石的疗效分析。结果两组手术时间无统计学差异(P>0.05),观察组下床活动时间、住院时间均明显短于对照组(P<0.05),观察组术中出血量明显少于对照组(P<0.05),术前两组SF-36各项评分无统计学差异(P>0.05),术后3个月,观察组生理功能、生理职能、躯体疼痛、总体健康评分均明显高于对照组(P<0.05),其余各项评分相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),随访3个月期间,观察组患者并发症发生率明显低于对照组患者(P<0.05)。结论腹腔镜联合胆道镜治疗胆囊息肉合并胆囊结石具有良好的治疗作用,术后并发症少,可以缩短患者住院时间,减轻疼痛,使其尽早出院,值得临床推广使用。
