摘要
目的探究新生儿甲状腺疾病筛查中降低TSH阳性切值的应用价值。方法选取116 000例在2015年1月—2017年3月我院出生的新生儿,对所有新生儿疾病进行筛查。结果根据本研究实验室的阳性切值情况,结果显示750例为初筛可疑阳性例数,其中148例新生儿被确诊。降低TSH阳性切值后,882例为初筛时可疑阳性新生儿增加例数,其中17例新生儿被确诊(17例是指降低TSH阳性切值后,增加的确诊例数)。结论新生儿甲状腺疾病筛查中通过降低TSH阳性切值后,对甲状腺疾病筛查的确诊率具有提高作用,同时应从各个环节入手,确保新生儿疾病筛查工作的有序进行。
Objective To explore the application value of TSH positive cut value in neonatal thyroid disease screening. Methods A total of 116 000 newborns born in our hospital from January 2015 to March 2017 were screened for all neonatal diseases. Results According to the positive cut of the laboratory, 750 cases showed the number of suspected positive cases, of which 148 cases of neonates were diagnosed. Decreased TSH positive cut value, 882 cases of screening when the number of suspicious positive newborns increased, of which additional 17 cases of neonatal was diagnosed. Conclusion The reduction of TSH positive cut value in neonatal disease screening can improve the diagnosis rate of thyroid disease screening, and should proceed from all aspects to ensure the orderly conduct of neonatal disease screening.
