海浪模拟视觉仿真系统与并联六自由度平台控制系统的数据通信 被引量:2

摘要 应用六自由度并联平台对海浪模拟运动仿真,是对船舶运动姿态及相关设备研究的基础,也是对船舶主动减摇研究的主要手段.针对六自由度平台对海浪模拟运动的仿真,提出了一种基于OSG的海浪视觉模拟系统与并联六自由度平台控制系统的数据通信的方法,应用SQL Server 2000数据库作为桥梁实现LabVIEW对海浪模拟信号的读取,并基于OPC技术实现LabVIEW与S7-300PLC数据通信.所设计的通信方法可实现上述平台之间数据的高速通信,较为优越的实现海浪模拟信号与控制系统的通信,为并联六自由度平台对海浪模拟系统进行实时运动仿真奠定基础. Application of 6 dof parallel platform to motion wave simulation is the basis of research on ship motion attitude and related equipment,it is also the principal means of research of marine active damping. Aiming at six degrees of freedom waves simulate motion simulation platform,this paper proposes a data communication of the wave simulation system based on OSG and 6-dof parallel platform control system. The method mainly uses the SQL Server 2000 database as a bridge to implement the LabVIEW reading of analog signal wave sand then to realizes the LabVIEW and S7-300 PLC data communication based on OPC technology. The communication method designed in this paper can realize high-speed communication between the above platforms. The communication between the analog wave signal and the control system is excellent. For parallel six degrees of freedom platform,the foundation of the real-time simulation of the wave simulation system is established.
