摘要
为研制出一种由管道式水力叶轮驱动运行的新型自清洗过滤器,文中基于翼型升力法来设计管道式水力叶轮,运用Solidworks完成了叶轮的三维建模,将模型导入到Star-CD中建立流体计算域并进行网格划分,借助DFBI旋转模型分析叶轮在水压作用下的动力性能.结果显示叶轮表面压力分布均匀,表面速度分布合理,叶轮的动力性满足设计要求.
To develop a new type self-cleaning filter driven by pipeline hydraulic impeller,we accomplish the design of pipeline hydraulic impeller based on the lifting design method,accomplish three dimensional solid model of hydraulic impeller built by Solidworks,then import the model into Star-CD to establish fluid computational domain and mesh divided,analyze the hydrodynamic performance of the impeller under the influence of water pressurewith the DFBI rotating model. The results show that the surface pressure of impeller distributes uniformly and speed distributes reasonably,and the hydrodynamic performance of impeller meets the design requirements.
