摘要
总结大理大学2013年至2015年本科毕业生就业地区流向、单位性质流向,分析比较连续三届毕业生就业流向的变化和差异。通过对三年本科毕业生就业流向的分析,发现云南省内毕业生就业地区流向集中在昆明、大理,省外毕业生集中在生源地;就业单位性质流向以企业、事业单位、医疗机构、教育机构等为主。因此,鼓励学生分散就业,合理引导学生多领域多行业择业,鼓励学生创业带动就业有利于提高云南地方高校就业质量。
Studying the regional flow and career flow of employment, the employment flows of graduate students of three successiveyears are studied to look into the differences and changes. From the study, it is revealed that the regions of employment flow forstudents from Yunnan province mainly constitute of Kunming and Dali, whereas for students from provinces other than Yunnan, theregions are mainly their hometowns. The career flow of employment mainly concentrate on enterprises, public institutions, medicalorganizations and educational organizations. Therefore, in order to promote the employment quality of local universities in Yunnanprovince, we should decentralize students' employment, guide their rational career choice in multi-areas and multi-professions, andshould stimulate and expand their employment by encouraging business startups.
