摘要
为进一步了解贵州省江口县野生木本食用植物资源现状,更好地保护与利用植物资源,采用野外调查和查证相结合的方法,对其野生木本食用植物资源进行了全面系统的调查和分析。初步查明,贵州省江口县野生木本食用植物有47科90属161种(含变种),其中,被子植物有44科87属157种,而裸子植物相对贫乏,仅3科3属4种。生活型以乔木类、灌木类食用植物为主导,分别占总种数的39.75%和31.68%,而小乔木或灌木类和(木质)藤本类的食用植物所占比例较少,分别占总种数的15.52%和13.05%。食用部位上,果(种子)类的食用植物占优势,有139种,占总种数的86.34%。食用用途上,果品类、制酒类和糖类的食用植物最多,分别占总种数的67.70%、26.71%和16.77%。该区野生木本食用植物具有较高的食用价值,开发利用潜力巨大。
In order to further understand the present situation of the wild edible woody plant resources in Jiangkou,Guizhou Province and to protect and utilize plant resources,with the combination of field survey and verification,comprehensive survey and analysis of wild edible woody plants were carried out. Initially,the wild edible woody plant resources in Jiangkou,Guizhou Province belonged to 47 families with 90 genera and 161species(including varieties).Among them,44 families with 87 genera and 157 species were angiosperms,while gymnosperms were relatively poor,only 3 families,3 ngenera and 4 species. The life forms were majorly arbors and shrubs edible plants,they took up 39. 75% and 31. 68% respectively of the total number of the species;while small arbors or shrubs and(woody) lianas took up a small proportion of the total,which occupied 15.52%and 13.05% of the total respectively.As to the edible parts,fruit(seed) plants dominated the category of edible plants amounting to 139 species,which took up 86.34% of the total number of species.As to the edible uses,edible nuts,materials for sugar and alcohol production made the most number of food plants,took up 67.70%,26.71% and 16.77% of the total respectively.The wild woody plants in this area have high edible value and great potential for development and utilization.
