摘要
目的探讨微量元素锌、硒、铅及生殖激素与生殖健康的关系。方法选取2016年5月—2017年5月在我院生殖中心内就诊的60例男性不育症患者为研究对象,选择60例健康男性当作对照组,对两组血清、精浆中锌、硒、铅微量元素含量进行统计,并对两组黄体生成素(LH)、卵泡刺激素(FSH)、泌乳素(PRL)、睾酮(T)、孕酮(P)、雌二醇(E2)水平进行对比分析。结果不育症患者血清、精浆中锌含量低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);血清、血浆中铅含量高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);血清、血浆中硒含量低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);不育症患者血清中,黄体生成素(LH)、卵泡刺激素(FSH)、泌乳素(PRL)水平高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);睾酮(T)、孕酮(P)、雌二醇(E2)水平对比,差异不具有统计学意义(P>0.05);不育症患者血清中锌同黄体生成素、卵泡刺激素、泌乳素呈负相关性。结论血液微量元素及生殖激素同男性不育存在一定关系,检测血清微量元素及生殖激素水平能够为男性不育症诊治提供一定参考依据。
Objective To explore the relationship between trace elements of zinc, selenium, lead and reproductive hormones and reproductive health. Methods 60 male infertility patients in our reproductive center from May 2016 to May 2017 were selected as the study subjects, 60 healthy men were chosen as control group. The statistics of the two groups of serum and seminal plasma zinc, selenium, lead the content of trace elements, and the two group of luteinizing hormone (LH), follicle stimulating hormone (FSH), prolactin (PRL), testosterone (T) and progesterone (P), estradiol (E2) levels were analyzed. Results The content of zinc in serum and seminal plasma of infertile patients was lower than that in control group, the difference was statistically significant (P 〈 0.05). The content of lead in serum and plasma was higher than that in control group, the difference was statistically signifcant (P 〈 0.05). The content of selenium in serum and plasma was lower than that in control group, the difference was statistically signifcant (P 〈 0.05). The levels of luteinizing hormone (LH), follicle stimulating hormone (FSH) and prolactin (PRL) in the serum of infertile patients were higher than those in the control group, the difference was statistically signifcant (P 〈 0.05). The levels of testosterone (T), progesterone (P) and estradiol (E2) were not statistically signifcant (P 〉 0.05). Serum zinc levels were negatively correlated with luteinizing hormone, follicle stimulating hormone, prolactin in infertile patients . Conclusion Blood trace elements and reproductive hormones have some relationship with male infertility. The detection of serum trace elements and reproductive hormone levels can provide a reference for the diagnosis and treatment of male infertility.
