摘要
综述了无溶剂法合成分子筛的研究进展,包括合成硅铝分子筛、磷硅铝分子筛、磷铝介孔及多级孔分子筛、钛硅分子筛以及无溶剂与无模板剂相结合合成分子筛,讨论了无溶剂合成法的反应机理,并对该合成法的优缺点进行了评价。
The research progress in synthesis of zeolites by solvent-free conditions,including the synthesis of silicon aluminum zeolite,silicon aluminum phosphate zeolite,aluminum phosphate mesoporous and hierarchical pores zeolite,titanium silicon zeolite,is reviewed.The solvent-free and organic template-free synthesis methods of zeolite are summarized as well.The mechanism of solventfree synthesis method is discussed.The advantages and disadvantages about the synthesis method are estimated.
