摘要
为破解河南省中小企业融资难的现实困境,河南省中小企业应提高自身融资实力,进一步规范财务制度、强化资信建设、提高融资渠道利用率、推动科技创新和产业升级及积极调整企业经营方式;加速河南省资本市场发展,完善中小企业的间接融资体系和直接融资体系;深化河南省各级政府职能,加大对中小企业的政府支持,规范和引导资本市场。
In order to crack the financing realistic predicament of small and medium-sized enterprises in Henan Province, they should improving themselves financing strength： Further standardize financial system, Strengthen credit construction, Improve the utilization ratio of financing channels, Promote scientific and technological innovation, Promote industrial upgrading and actively adjust their operation type; Henan capital market should be accelerated： Improve indirect financing system and direct financing system for mall and medium-sized enterprises; Government functions at all levels should be deepened： Strengthen government support for mall and medium-sized enterprises, Standardize and guide the capital market.
