摘要
在"互联网+"时代,软件产业的技术水平和规模成为一个国家综合国力和现代化程度的重要标志,因此软件技术人才培养的重要性日益凸显。本文分析了高校人才培养中存在的问题并提出改革建议:学校要深化教学改革,提供多元化的工程实践平台,加强与企业的交流和师资队伍的培养,并指导学生树立正确的人生观和价值观,等等。通过研究,希望能对高校培养高素质的软件人才提供一定的思路。
In the ＂Internet＋＂ age,the software industry technical level and scale has become an important symbol of one country＇s comprehensive strength and the degree of modernization,so the cultivation of the software talent is increasingly important.The paper analyzes existing problems in personnel training of universities and colleges and put forward reform suggestions：the school should further deepen the teaching reform,provide diversified practice platform, strengthen the communication and cooperation with the enterprises and teaching staff training,educate the students to establish the correct outlook on life and values.This study is hoped to provide a train of thought for the cultivation of high quality software talents in universities and colleges.
