摘要
目的:研究行囊外摘除术的白内障合并糖尿病患者控糖护理的体会。方法:利用随机选取法选取我院75例确诊为白内障合并糖尿病患者,分为对照组和试验组,对照组行围手术期常规护理,试验组在行围手术期常规护理的基础上添加调控血糖的护理措施,观察比较两组患者的康复等情况。结果:试验组患者康复率高达97.9%,远远高于对照组的86.9%,且试验组患者发生感染、出血、粘连等并发症发生率也低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:控糖护理对于行囊外摘除术的白内障合并糖尿病患者更有助于术后的康复,且其有着并发症机率低的优点。
Objective： To study the glucose control nursing experience of cataract extraction and diabetes mellitus patients with extracapsular cataract extraction（ ECCE）. Methods： Using the method of random selection in our hospital 75 cases of cataract and diabetic patients,divided into control group and experimental group,the control group received conventional perioperative nursing,nursing of perioperative blood glucose control added based on routine nursing in the test group,observed and compared two groups of patients with rehabilitation etc. Results： The patients in rehabilitation group test rate is as high as 97. 9%,far higher than 86. 9% of the control group and the test group of patients with complications of infection,bleeding and adhesion rate lower than the control group,the differences were statistically significant（ P 0. 05）. Conclusion： Glucosecontrol nursing is more helpful for the recovery of cataract and diabetes in patients with extracapsular cataract extraction,and it has the advantages of low complication rate.
