摘要
本文基于理论和实验数据对红外反射光谱电解池薄层的电势响应及电势分布进行了初步探讨。
The potential response and distribution of thin electrolyte layer between IR window and working electrode reflection mirror of in-situ IR cell were discussed. From theoretic consideritions and experimental results the possible explaination was also given.
