摘要
目的:采用气相色谱法对清热止痒散中龙脑含量进行了测定。方法:色谱柱为DB-WAX(30 m×0.25mm,0.50μm)石英毛细管色谱柱;载气为氮气,FID检测器,柱温130℃,进样口温度220℃,检测器温度250℃,水杨酸甲酯为内标物。结果:龙脑在0.062 6~1.251 4μg(r=1.000 0)范围内与龙脑和内标峰面积比值呈良好的线性关系;回收率为99.38%,RSD为0.60%(n=6)。结论:该法操作快速简便,稳定性和准确性良好,可用于控制清热止痒散中龙脑的含量。
Objective: To establish the gas chromatography( GC) method for the determination of borneol in Qingre Zhiyang San. Methods: The determination was performed on DB-WAX( 30 m × 0. 25 mm,0. 50 μm) column with nitrogen as carrier gas and FID as detector. The column temperature was 130℃. The inlet temperature was 220℃. The injector temperature was kept at 250℃ with N-octadecane as internal standard. Results: The line arrange of borneol was 0. 062 6 ~1. 251 4 μg( r = 1. 0000) with average recovery of 99. 38%( RSD was 0. 60%,n = 6). Conclusion: This method is simple,rapid,accurate and reliable for the quality control of Qingre Zhiyang San.
