摘要 公务员录用关系到整个国家的有效运转,必须严格坚持公开、平等、竞争、择优原则有效执行相关政策,最终目标是选拔德才兼备的优秀人才。但在执行过程中,受到诸多因素主要是利益博弈的影响,在对原则的执行上存在偏差。本文从录用目标、标准、方式三方面分析公务员录用存在的问题,提出从编制计划、职位分析、科学考试等进行完善的建议,旨在完善录用制度,选拔优秀人才。 The civil service recruitment is related to the effective operation of the whole countrry,must strictly adhere to open-ness , equality, competition,effective implementation of the relevant policies with preferred principle,whose ultimate goal is to se-lect excellent talents. However,it is affected by many factors especially the benefits of all parties in the implementation process, which has a deviation in the implementation of the principle. The article analyzed the existed problem of the civil service recruitment from the three aspects of recmitment target,standard and mode,put forward some suggestions from planning,job analysis,scientific examination and so on, in order to improve the employment system and select excellent talents.
