摘要
首先在界定县域创新公共服务体系概念的基础上,从服务主体、服务内容、载体支撑和环境要素4个方面对构成要素进行分析,然后深入分析福建省县域创新公共服务体系建设现状及其所存在的创新主体功能缺失、创新资源普遍不足、创新环境相对落后等问题。最后从明确创新服务主体、构建创新服务平台、集聚创新资源要素、提升创新服务环境4个方面提出进一步推进福建省县域创新公共服务体系建设的策略建议。
Firstly this paper, in base of concept to define the county innovation public service system, by 4 factors of the service main body, service content, carriers and environmental, carries on analysis . On this basis, it analyzes that the present situation of the construction of the county innovation public service system in Fujian Province , and there are some problems, such as the lack of function of the service main body , the insufciency of innovation resources, relatively backward of innovation environment and so on. Finally from clarify the responsibilities of the service, building the service platform, gathering innovation resources and improving the service environment to promote the construction of the county innovation public service system in Fujian Province.
