摘要
传统的线束设计方法是一个线束总成零部件对应一张图纸。但是对于商用车,车辆个性化定制非常多,造成线束产品种类多。如采用传统的设计方法,设计及生产工作量较大,且不便于对零部件的管理。文章阐述了一种基于模块化的线束设计方法,将一个线束总成拆分成若干模块,通过不同模块的排列组合实现不同的线束功能,极大减少了线束设计及生产的工作量。
Traditional wire harness design method, One wire harness parts correspond to one drawing. But for commercial vehicles, There is a lot of customization of vehicles. If the tradition design method. Design and production workload is very large, management of parts is very difficult.In this paper, a method of wire harness design based on modularization is presented. Split a wire harness into multiple modules. Implement different wire harness function through different arrangement of modules. Greatly reduce the wire harness design and production workload.
